A complete service involves full disassembly of the movement, ultrasonic cleaning of components, inspection against calibre-specific tolerances, replacement of worn items such as the click spring or keyless works, reassembly with fresh lubricants applied at each specified point, and regulation conducted over several days. You'll receive a record of the final timing figures.

We focus on Swiss calibres from makers like ETA, Sellita, and Valjoux, where we have developed experience and maintain reference materials. For more specialized or proprietary movements, we can assess whether we're able to help or recommend sending the watch to the manufacturer's service centre.

Yes. After an initial examination, we'll explain what we've found and provide an estimate for the recommended work. You're welcome to ask questions or request clarification before deciding whether to proceed. There's no obligation to move forward with the service.

Our service prices reflect the time and care involved in each type of work. Hairspring corrections are MYR 680, complete Swiss calibre servicing is MYR 2,600, and insurance appraisals are MYR 190. If additional parts or specialized work are needed, we'll discuss this with you before proceeding.
